| The investment
objectives of Alberta Focused Income & Growth Fund (the “Fund”)
are to pay monthly distributions to unitholders and to enhance the initial
value of the units through capital appreciation of the investment portfolio.
The Fund invests in a diversified portfolio predominantly comprised of the
securities of income trust and common stock issuers operating primarily in or
focused on the Province of Alberta. The Fund can invest up to 75% of the
portfolio in common stocks to provide further diversification. |
