| The investment
objectives of INDEXPLUS Income Fund (the "Fund") are: (i) to provide holders of
Units ("Unitholders") with high levels of monthly distributions; (ii) to
outperform the Middlefield Income Trust Conversion Index (the "Trust Index") on
a total return basis over the life of the Fund; and (iii) to return at least
the original issue price of the units ($10.00 per unit) to unitholders upon
termination of the Fund. |
