| This is a
position in the investment management industry. The selected candidate will
work closely with the corporate finance team. Primary responsibilities include
the development of new financial products, the creation and maintenance of
financial models and monitoring the competitive landscape. |

Key
Responsibilities:
- Provide client service support to
Middlefield's existing and prospective brokers/dealers, individual stakeholders
and administrative support partners at client firms with the aim to increase
asset retention
- Contribute to meeting our sales targets
by actively promoting Middlefield solutions to increase sales and achieve
Annual Sales Plan targets
- Responsible for developing and
maintaining product presentations, and other product-related marketing
material
- Nurture and develop new advisor
relationships
- Increase advisor use of Middlefield
products by actively educating them on our product and service offerings
- Probe, qualify and gather business
intelligence to identify potential core supporters in order to meet our goals
for maximizing sales opportunities
- Monitor competitive environment,
including performance, rankings, and industry sales flow, to determine
opportunities and threats; recommend actions needed to maintain and improve our
competitive product positioning
- Respond to inquiries, concerns and
complaints from existing and prospective clients via the telephone regarding
account details, fund information, marketing material and/or in writing to
achieve a mutually satisfactory solution while complying with policies,
practices and procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in
securities industry required
- Experience in mutual fund inside sales
or marketing roles strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Word, Power Point,
Excel
- Excellent written and verbal
communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Detail- oriented
