| The investment
objectives of MATRIX Income Fund (the “Fund”) are: (a) to pay monthly
distributions to unitholders; (b) to return to unitholders upon the termination
of the Fund at least the original subscription price of the units; and (c) to
enhance long-term total return through capital appreciation of the investment
portfolio. In addition, the Fund can also invest up to 20% of the portfolio in
common stocks to provide further diversification. |
