Thomas I.A. Allen, Q.C.*		W. Garth Jestley, CFA
Mr. Allen is a senior partner at Ogilvy Renault in Toronto. He has been involved in the design of fundamental policy changes for Canada’s securities markets. He was the initial Chairman of the Accounting Standards Oversight Council of Canada. He is Chairman of Westwind Capital Corporation and sits on the boards of Geac Computer Corporation Limited and Bema Gold Corporation.		Mr. Jestley is a Managing Director of Middlefield Group and President of Middlefield Bancorp Limited. He has been involved in the financial services industry for over 30 years with various financial institutions including Prudential Insurance Company of America and Citibank in New York and Canada. Areas of involvement have included senior positions in investment management, corporate banking and project finance.

Murray J. Brasseur		Charles B. Young*
Mr. Brasseur is the founder of Middlefield Group. He is a Managing Director of Middlefield and Chairman of Middlefield Bancorp Limited. Prior to Middlefield, he was Vice President, Senior Credit Officer and head of the Corporate Banking Group for Citibank Canada.		Mr. Young is Chairman of Ascend Capital Management, an investment company operating in London, England. He was the former Deputy Chairman of Canary Wharf and President of Citibank Canada and Citibank France.

H. Roger Garland, C.A.		George S. Dembroski, C.A.*
Mr. Garland is the former Vice Chairman of Four Seasons Hotels Inc., having joined the company in 1981 as Senior Vice President, Finance. Prior to Four Seasons, he was Vice President, Corporate Banking with Citibank, N.A. in Canada and Switzerland. Mr. Garland sits on the boards of several companies including Four Seasons Hotels Inc.		Mr. Dembroski is a former Vice Chairman of RBC Dominion Securities Limited. He sits on the boards of several companies including Cameco Corporation, Electrohome Limited, Extendicare Inc. and Murphy Oil Corporation.
