| The investment
objectives of MG Dividend & Income; Fund (the “Fund”) are to pay
monthly distributions to unitholders and to enhance the initial value of the
units through capital appreciation of the investment portfolio. The Fund
invests in a broadly diversified portfolio of income producing equity
securities. The Fund can invest up to 75% of the portfolio in common stocks to
achieve further diversification. |
