Dennis da Silva is a Managing Director, Mutual Funds and a Senior Portfolio Manager of Middlefield Capital Corporation, where he has been employed since 1994. Mr. da Silva brings over 17 years of investment management experience to his role in overseeing Middlefield's mutual fund operations and is a lead portfolio manager on a number of investment funds with a focus on growth-oriented resource equities. Prior to joining Middlefield, Mr. da Silva worked at a Canadian Schedule I bank and prior to that, with United Financial Limited. Mr. da Silva is an MBA graduate of the Schulich School of Business (York University).

Jason Mayer is a Managing Director, Mutual Funds and a Portfolio Manager of Middlefield Capital Corporation. Mr. Mayer brings over 10 years of investment industry experience to his role in overseeing Middlefield's mutual fund operations and is a lead portfolio manager on a number of investment funds with a focus on growth-oriented resource equities. Prior to joining Middlefield, Mr. Mayer worked at Clarus Securities Inc. in institutional sales. Mr. Mayer is an MBA graduate of the Schulich School of Business (York University) and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
