Fund's objective is to provide a stable level of income with the potential for
long-term capital appreciation. At least 20% and up to 80% of the portfolio
will be invested in income generating securities, which may include income
trusts, preferred shares and dividend paying common equities. At least 20% and
up to 80% of the portfolio will be invested in dividend paying and non-dividend
paying common equity investments with the potential for capital
