MORRISON MIDDLEFIELD RESOURCES LIMITED ("MMRL") is pleased to announce that it has closed the previously announced acquisition of 50 percent of the oil and gas assets of Resman Oil and Gas ("Resman"). The remaining 50 percent of the Resman assets have been acquired by Morrison Petroleums Ltd. ("Morrison").
The combined purchase with Morrison is effective October 1, 1996.
