A TSX listed investment fund that has issued both Preferred Securities and Capital Units. The net proceeds from the offering were used to purchase treasury units of COMPASS Income Fund. The Fund has been created using a dual security structure to provide investors with greater ability to choose the tax characteristics of distributions received from COMPASS.
