| In order to achieve the
Trust’s investment objectives, the Trust will be an actively managed
portfolio of securities primarily consisting of units of oil and gas royalty
trusts and units of other income trusts (including pipeline and power trusts)
whose underlying business is related to the energy sector supplemented by
common shares and other equity securities primarily of Canadian and U.S.-based
issuers operating in the energy sector. |
