Digital Consumer Dividend Fund will provide investors with a diversified, actively managed portfolio comprised primarily of dividend-paying securities of Digital Consumer Issuers, which the Advisor believes are positioned to benefit from the growth of the connected economy.

The initial target distribution yield for the Fund is 4% per annum based on the original subscription price.
